2. Service Overview

SafetyCamAI provides an image-only search tool for safety purposes. We do not provide name-based search,
we do not host or publish third-party records, and we do not monetize personal identifiable information (PII).

• We provide probabilistic image matches, which may be incomplete or result in no match.
• We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness of results.
• We never accept payment to remove content.

3. No FCRA or Consumer Reporting Use

SafetyCamAI is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA),
and results may not be used for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or any other purpose
governed by the FCRA or similar laws. Using SafetyCamAI for these purposes is strictly prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any decisions you make based on results.
• You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell results.
• You may only submit images you have a legal right to upload and process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SafetyCamAI are owned by us or our licensors and are protected
by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Third-Party Sources

SafetyCamAI may return links or references to third-party sources (such as public records or external sites).
We do not control or endorse third-party content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy, legality,
or availability. Any removal or correction requests must be directed to the original publisher.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind,
express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

or engage in misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
